The Journal of the American Medical Association (JAMA)

This study evaluated Pentavere’s DARWEN AI engine in staging oropharyngeal squamous cell carcinoma (OPSCC) using medical records. Accurate cancer staging is critical for determining the best course of treatment and predicting patient outcomes. By automating the laborious process of manual chart review, DARWEN empowers clinicians to focus on patient care while optimizing treatment decisions. These findings suggest potential for improved patient care through earlier detection and optimized treatment planning.

The American Journal of Kidney Disease

Khure Health’s AI Clinical Co-Pilot proved invaluable in the face of evolving KDIGO guidelines. The study encompassed over 16,000 patients, of which 28% were classified as high risk for CKD progression. Subsequent to the integration of Khure Health’s risk prediction and clinical decision support tools, a notable 66% increase in UACR testing rates was observed at the six-month mark, indicating improved adherence to guideline-recommended care. Preliminary data also suggests a corresponding uptick in the prescription of goal-directed medical therapy medications within the same timeframe
